Mill discharge hose---Itis used for pump water discharge, wash down service for ship and factory, plant clean-up and construction pump. Hose is the standard rubber lined product, with single or double jacket. Compared with the standard jacket, the thicker jacket hasbetter abrasion resistance and higher working pressures. The warp is made of high strength polyester yarns. And weft /filler will use the polyester filament with high strength, low elongation. The jacket shall be evenly and firmly woven and free from visible defects, thread knots, lumps and irregular twist. Single jacket often has a blue stripe. And double jacket with two red stripes, so it’s very easy to identify them. The available stripe colors are red, yellow, blue, green, tan, orange, black, purple, and silver.The jacket of hose is usually white. Color fire hose has a wear-resistant coating and the color of the coating is usually red, yellow, orange, blue, green and tawny. Thewear-resisting coating is the mixture of water-based polyurethane and color master batch. Smooth nature rubber tube-with good tenacity and flexibility. Hose can be rolled easily for storage. Wide range of operating temperatures-hose can be used under the temperature from -25°F to 185°F without stiffening.
