Topstar Signature Scale The advanced designed of the Topstar Micro Weighing System provides accurate and consistent measurement together with positive and timely dispensing into the batch formula. Topstar Micor Weighing System improves productivity with automation and eliminates contamination with its excellent cuanout system. Bin Design Topstar offers a wide range of bin sizes and system configurations. Bions have well designed sidewalls with chamfered corners to give excellent material flow and to reduce product build-up. The bins are constructed of 304 stainless steel as standard to give durability adn low maintenance. Feeder Design The Topstar feeder screws are proven to dispense raw materials accurately and efficiently for improved weighing results. The feeder are constructed from 10 mm stainless steel rod, coiled in a progressive pitch adn welded to a solid stainless steel shaft. Each end is supported by a bearing so the feeder screw runs smoothly to deliver an even and consistent flow. Scale Hopper Design The Topstar scale hopper has self cleaning flexible side walls and drop bottom discharge to give complete product discharge and to eliminate any carry-over. It has a low profile which requires less space and reduces the amount of ingredient free fall to give grater accuracy. The entire scale hopper and integral belt conveyor are enclosed in a stainless steel housing. Airborne dust is limited and scale stability enhanced.
