Micro-capsulated enrichment for marine fish

The content of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA), in particular eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5n-3, EPA), arachidonic acid (20:4n-6, ARA), and docosahexaenoic acid (22:6n-3, DHA), which is important for marine fish. HUFA may maintain the physiological activity of cell membrane and improve the survival rate and pigmentation for marine fish. The fish can not synthesize such HUFA by themselves,the supply of such HUFA to the fish must be from its food. Therefore, the larval feed, rotifer and Artemia should be enriched before they are fed to the fish larvae.The natural protein and polysaccharide are used as encapsulated materials to protect the nutritional components and disperse the product in the water uniformly.
