§Summary 1.Vertical High Efficiency Energy-saving Copper Melting Furnace and Premix Burning Machine is depending on the demand of national Hypoxia Rod Continuous Casting and Rollingproduction, absorbing foreign advanced technicsof designing meltingequipments, which adopts liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), natural gas as fuel, melts the cathode copper into hypoxia copper liquid continuously. As per the melting speed, it can devided into many specifications from 8 to 48T/h. Our company have owned 5 sets of vertical furnace’s designing and manufacturing experiences, and the production is 8T/h,14T/H, and 48T/h, which is equiping with Italy Continuous Casting and Rolling Line(8T/H), Americam SRC Line(48T/h) and Copper Pipe Pressing Line(14T/h). The basic raw material is cathode copper, and our shafe/vertical furnace can accept the whole set of copper cathode which commonly produced by using the method of permanent cathode boards or solvent extraction electrolytic method. Moreover, the vertical furnace can also accept melting high quality copper scrap with utilization of 29%(for producing copper tube and belt slab), or add anode copper directly.
