[STRUCTURE] Mains frequency through heating furnace system is composed of main power distribution cabinet, operation station, shell, heating inductor, mains frequency capacitor, cooling water system, PLC based control circuit, hydraulic system ,temperature detect system, loading/unloading units. Inductors are installed on top of the cabinet ,mains frequency capacitor and cooling water system are installed in the cabinet. [Usage] Induction heating/through heating furnace can heat black and non-ferrous metal, round, square, round tube and plate materials and provide high temperature blank for hot extrusion moulding or forging compression.
