Since 1980, our plant has manufactured many kinds ofmagnesia product. As 20 years passing, our products ofmagnesia are widely used in many fields of the world. Now we are capable of providing the caustic calcined magnesite,dead-burnedmagnesite sinter, middle-grademagnesite sinter, high-purity magnesite sinterand elctro-fused magnesia sinter. The caustic calcined magnesite is made from nature magnesite through calcining in reverberatory furnace, rotary furnace and boiling furnace. This products calcine uniform, possess stable quality, high purity and well-activeness, are used widely in paper making, chemical industry, production of pharmaceuticals, animal husbandry, rubber making refractory material and building material industry etc. Dead-burned magnesite is selected from natural magnesite, it is produced by mine-selecting, purifying, calcining in shaft kiln. It is an ideal material for unshaped refractory material, the final products are used inopen hearth furnace, eletric furnace bottom and furace's lining tamping. Middle-Grade magnesite sinter is made from caustic calined magnesite which content 97% MgO, through the processes of briquetting and sintering. The products sinering level good and crystal compact. It is a good material for making magnesian shaped products. The raw material of high-purity magnesite is selected from natural super grade siderite, and is made through the processes of the floation, purity, fine-grinding, briquetting and super high temperature calcining in oil shaft kilns. It is the excellent raw material for the brick making and the unshaped refractory material making. All equipments of the high-purity magnesite making are introduced from abroad. The material of eletro-fused magnesia sinter is selected from special grade A natural magnesite or high-purity caustic calcined magnesite, which is fused in arc furnace to finish the products. The products possess high purity, big crxstalline grain and compact texture, have high heat-vibration steady and cinder corrosion resistant. It is used for making high quality magnesite bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks and unshaped refractory materials.
