LCD SURFACE RESISTANCE/RESISTIVITH TEST KIT Model:STC-008* Tests at 10 or 100 Volts, and has Measurement Range Between 103 and 1012 Ohms* Use to satisfy ANSI/ESD S20.20 test equipment requirement to measure RTG RTT and Resistivity * Complete test kit has everything necessary, including rigid carrying case,5lb, electrodes &leads * Dual test voltage-10 or 100 Volts designed in accordance with ESD S4.1,ANSI ESD7. 1,and ANSI EOS/ESD S11. 11 test measurement procedures * Portable ideal for field technician. * Two built-in parallel probes on bottom of unit measure surface resistivity * Range: 103-1011 ohms @ 10 V and 106-1012 ohms @ 100 V * Note :Test material less than 106 at 10 Volts If resistance of material to be tested unknown first test at 10 Volts Configuration: l One calibrated ohmmeter l Two shield measuring line l Two 5 lb heavy hammer l One adapter with 12V stable power l One rigid portable leather case Feature: l Voltage: 10V and 100V l Measurement Range: 103-1012 ohms l Precision: +5% l Power supply: 9V dry cell (PP3); 12V stable adapter l Size: 98 * 186 * 28 (mm) l Instruments weight: 300 g l Complete kit weight: 6800 gInstruction: 1) Turn the switch above at 10V and then press the red button before using 10V to measure the surface resistance of the material. Turn the switch below at 100V and then press the red button before using 100V to measure the surface resistance of the material. 2) Display way: The surface resistance shall display on LCD, ohm as the unit. Such as: 1.2 * 103 shall be displayed as 1.2 E 3, namely: 1,200 ohms 3) Measurement Range: 103 106 (range of conduct electricity) it shall be more correct to measure at 10 Volts. 106-1012 (anti-static range) it shall be more correct to measure at 100 Volts. >1012insulation rangeit shall be more correct to measure at 100 Volts. 4) Measurement with two electrodes: Before measuring, lay the two electrodes at bottom of instrument evenly on the surface of measured material, press the red button. Measurement with heavy hammer: Before measuring, insert one end of two connections to the jack (external probes) at the front instrument. Insert the other to the jack above the heavy hammer. Meanwhile, the electrode below the instrument is cut, lay the heavy hammer on the surface of the measured material evenly and press the red button.
