Laminating Line

Features: 1) Control system: there are two control modes. One is centralized control by industrial computer assisted in PLC and monitor display / operation, the other is centralized PLC control assisted in touch-screen display and operation to realize interface operation. There are different safety protection systems. The whole line is featured scientific design, good appearance, convenient operation and good components. Inverter controls the smooth junction between the flowing function sections and ensures running as set program 2) Loading and unloading machine: as options fore/end stand of the line. Loading machine and unloading table with rotation are convenient to handle jumbo size glass. The glass can be positioned with safety in the loading and unloading machine, which can work well with the line 3) Glass washing and drying machine: equipped with automatic thickness setting and detector device, available for coated glass and LOW-E. Washing machine has good washing and drying condition without trace and points, available for glass of 2 - 25mm. The top frame can be lift by 400mm for convenient maintenance 4) Laminating machine (in cleaning room): There are semi-automatic mode and full-automatic mode. Semi-automatic mode is controlled manually, including charging table, manual suction hanger and assembling table. Full-automatic mode: the function section consists of automatic positioning machine, assembling table and automatic suction hanger to realize automatic assembling (tolerance +/0.5mm). The suction hanger adopts servo system with accurate position 5) PVB film laying machine: there are two unwinding modes, by hand and by motor. The manual mode can hold 3 rolls and the motor mode 2 - 8 film rolls 6) Pre-lamination and pressing machine: the machine can process float glass, coated glass and LOW-E glass, even some bending glass. There are several valued options: a) Heating elements: standard heating elements and IR emitters b) Standard circulation and convection system c) Pressing structure: driven by duplex chain and driven by reducer d) Thickness set: adjustable on the panel 7) Trolley: including trolley in autoclave and turntable.
