Enveloping surface tension≥36dyne/cm centimeter. Applicable to the type of paper: Gold&Silver cardboard,white cardboard,copperplate printing paper,kraft paper,pearlescent paper,etc. a wide range of specialty paper. The applicable type of machine: It can be fully used on oily film covering machine and automatic film covering machine. It is better to be used on automatic film covering machine. 3 Technical index Solid content: 50% (105±1.5/3h) Appearance: Ivory or yellowish latex Viscosity: 15-25S Mechanical stability: Qualified (3000r/m centrifugal 10 min there is no sediment or stratification ) Freeze-thaw stability: Qualified (-18/48h;60/48h) 4 Product characteristics a. With excellent coating features,can replace the current solvent-based laminated adhesive to use on the oily film covering machine. b. It has a good initial adhesion and durative adhesion,strong in peel strength and excellent ink transferability. c. It wont affect the ink of film coated products and it is difficult to be discoloured. d. With excellent glossiness and transparency,anti-aging and anti-yellowing. e. Can carry on all kinds of complex and very difficult process:like embossing,lining,embossing,gilting silver , UV ,etc. f. Stored in a cool place,avoid direct sunlight and preserve the temperature in 5-40. b. Should pay attention to antifreeze,it will destroy products performance if storage it under 0 for a long time. c. Please do not mix with other products,the unspent products should be sealed to preserve.
