Laminated Machine

Laminated glass is an excellent safety glass. Two or more pieces of glasses, through mechanical processing, are stuck on EVA film(s) tightly. Laminated glass is transparent, sun-proof, heat-proof, cold-proof, and of high mechanical strength. When the outside glass is broken into pieces, these pieces can stick on the film tightly. Though with radiant crackles, the shape and the visibility of the laminated glass can be kept for a certain period and therefore the safety can be guaranteed. It has been applied in automobile, train, airplane and other vehicles extensively. As flameproof and bulletproof glass, it has been applied in high-rise, bank, hospital, school, gymnasium, balcony, greenhouse, etc. and the development prospect is promising. The molding machine can process laminated glass and acryl glass with paint, silk, color cloth, metal fabric and photo inside.
