I. Overview KYN28G-12 AC metal-clad withdrawable enclosed switchgear is complete indoor power distribution equipment suitable for 3-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV. It is used for power acceptance and distribution, circuit control, protection and detection etc. in power plants, transformer substations or industrial and mining establishments. II. Structure instruction Along with the same advantages with KYN28-12 in electric performance and structure layout, KYN28G-12 is designed with new front door structure and its reliable interlock device, such device obtained with national utility model patent. III. Main characteristics 1. The CB is operated only when the door is closed. The handcart can not be operated if open. The door can not be opened if the handcart is not in testing position. (Patent claim No.: 200620104623.4). It conforms to the new contents specified in GB3906-2006, only when the front door is closed, the withdrawable part is allowed to be moved from working position to other position or vice versa, which enhances personnel protection. 2. CB in working position realizes manual emergency breaking. When the switchgear is working, the manual emergency breaking device is driven to rotate the breaking push bar to working position and caught there, and only by pushing the button when emergency breaking CB required. (Patent claim No.: 200620104624.9). 3. Plain door changed to solid door structure. Space perception achieved by protruding in the middle, the newly designed five-claw door hinge overcomes the problem of looseness of front door. The door lock is changed from bolt type to handle type to facilitate the use. 4. Operation procedure indicating plate is added to remind customer to operate according to normal procedures.
