KT130 ,ADDITIVE PACKGE FOR QUENCH OIL

1. DESCRIPTION KT130 is formulated with high-grade additive components such as antioxidant, cooling accelerant, brightener, antirust additive, and corrosion inhibitor etc. The quench oil prepared from this package possesses the characteristic temperature and characteristic time up to the standards, rapid cooling accelerating, and able to retain the brightness of metal surface. The cooling accelerant adopted in the package is the main additive, which assigns the quench oil with excellent high, and low-temperature cooling accelerating effect; improves the base oil in cooling accelerating velocity. The quench oil prepared from this package has long usage period, less carbon deposit and fine cooling accelerating effect. 2. PRODUCT FEATURES This package is developed to formulate SH0564-93 standard ordinary quench oil, bright quench oil, fast quench oil, and over speed quench oil. 3. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection. 6. PACKING The product is packed in 200 litre metal drum, with the net weight at 170 kg per drum; or inbulk.
