JT-GY8401F Pure Calender Varnish A)Product profile JT-GY8401F is mainly made from high-class polyurethane Resin, with excellent performance including high gloss and easy to release, applicable for both thick and thin paper. It meets the Toy Security and Health Standard, and has been certificated by SGS for heavy metal contents. B) Specifications 1.Appearance: pale yellow to yellow slight turbid liquid. 2.Ingredient: solvent-based Polyurethane Resin. 3.Viscosity: 17.01.0 seconds (diluted with thinner by 1:1,GB paint-4 cup, 25 °c) C)Usage recommendation 1. Please dilute the varnish by Jitian thinner by ratio of 1:1. Too much thinner will decrease the gloss. 2. The coating weight of varnish depends on the paper quality. Normally to say, higher gloss can be gotten by higher coating weight 3. Calender roller's temperature should be controlled within 95-100°c.The thermometer should be calibrated regularly. 4. Adjust the speed and pressure of calender according to the temperature. 5. Releasing and final surface appearance can be influenced by the speed, pressure and temperature of calender. D)Notice 1. Add thinner as soon as the liquid goes thick 2. Make sure all varnish dried completely after coated. 3. The speed, temperature and pressure of machines will affect the surface performance directly. 4. Wet weather or low efficient ventilation has negative impact for finished products. 5. This product should be stored in shady, cool and dry places, and keep far away from fire or flame. Shelf life is one year under normal atmospheric temperature. 6.
