Product Profile 1.JT-CJ8702 BOPP is a waterborne adhesive, applicable for handwork adhesion of box printed and coated by UV varnish, providing high bonding strength, no wrinkling on the bonding area, no delamination or fading problems. It meets European standard "ROHS-WEEE", has been certificated by SGS with heavy metal content test. B. Specifications 1.Appearance:light yellow emulsion 2.Composition:waterborne Polyurethane resin 3.Viscosity: 8000-15000 mPa.s (25 °c) 4.PH value: 6.0-8.0 C) Usage recommendation (1) This glue can be used directly. Or dilute by a small ratio of water if too thick. (2) Apply the glue on the glueing position by brush, press and bond the two surfaces together. (3) Based on different paper and environment conditions, test in advance to decide the quantity of glue to be applied and the time to press. D) Notice (1) Keep pressing for at least 15 minutes after the substrates bonded together. 12 hours later the bond reaches the highest strength. (2) If the glue on substrate goes dry after long time, a second glue-brushing is needed. (3) Clean up glue out of bonding area when pressing by wet cloth. (4) Glue in drum and new-glued boxes should avoid frozen in cold winter. (5) This product should be stored in shady, cool and dry places, where temperature keeps no lower than 5 Degrees Celsius. (6) Under normal atmospheric temperature, shelf life is 6 months. Use up during its shelf life. (7) All the data above are acquired in the laboratory. They can only be used as reference in practical application. Because the paper, printing ink and process are different, the data can be different.
