Ivermectin 1% Injection

Injection is a ready-to-use, sterile, non-aqueous solution of ivermectin. Ivermectin is derived from the avermectin, a family of highly active broad spectrum antiparasitic agents which are isolated from fermentation of the soil organism streptomyces avermitilis. Ivermectin injection is a 1.0% w/v sterile solution of ivermectin. At the rate of 1 ml per 50kg bodyweight (0.5ml per 25kg) by subcutaneous injection, this formulation will deliver the recommended dosage level of 200mcg ivermectin per kg bodyweight.
