Insulator

The insulating bushings are used for high-voltage insulation and passing the conducting bar of corona electrode through the housing of the electrostatic precipitator.They are made in two modes:fitting-incorporated or of solid porcelian body.The fitting-incorporated insulator consists of porcelain body and two end fittings assembled together with thermo-resistant cement,with rolled or sanded connecting surface,with thermo-resistant chushion and resilient coating between porcelain body and end fittings for preventing from loosing andtorsion and ensuring mechanical strength.The insulator of single porcelain body has no metal fitting.The porcelain body surface is covered with brown or white glaze while the surface of metal fittings with anti-corrosion painting.
