Insulated Glass in made up of two or more pieces of glass. Between the glass, the aluminum frame with highly effesient moleccurlar sieve adsorbent makes s space with a certain width. And then, poly sulfide glue or strctural adhesive is used to seal the aluminm alloy frames after they are sealed with Butyl adhesive. Insulated glasses has good effects such as sound insulation, heat insulation, heat presevation and condensation-resistant. Species: Normal transparent glass, colors glass, reflective glass, Low-E coated glass, tempered glass and heat-bended glassmay be used as the base sheet of Insulated glass according to diferent needs. Characteristics: 1.Soundproof function: The normal Insulated glass can lower 34 DB of noise or so and can decline traffic noises from 80DB to the very peaceful degree of 45 DB. 2.Separate the hot function: Insulated glass can lower the "u" coefficient of transmit heat effectively. 3. Anti-dew function: Because of the good heat-proof function with the air separation layer between Insulated glass,the internal and the outside pieces of glass has great tmperture difference,in winter, yet the temperature diffrence of the same slice ofglass is very small.Therefore, Insulatd glass has good anti-dew function.
