The ice made by ice plate machine is in the shape of plate type with the features of high efficiency, environmental protection, cleanness, etc. The machine can be applied to many fields. The ice plate machine uses R-22 refrigerant(evaporating temperature -17), and also NH3 can be used as refrigerant. 2. Ice making principleSprinkle the water uniformly over plates of the evaporator,and let the water on the plates be frozen through the entering refrigerant medium. When the ice thickness meets the customers requirement,please stop supplying the water. Introduce the self-generated accumulation heat into the plates and cause the ice on the plates to fall freely. 3. Proper space design prevents loss of heat and improves energy utilization effciency. Besides, the customers can control the ice thickness freely from 6mm to 15 mm according to their requirements. 4. The requirement of power supply:3PH-380V-50/60HZ, 3PH-220V-50/60HZ , 3PH-440V-50/60HZ. 5.Control system adopts microcomputer control with the protection of power,motor,liquid level,flow, pressure and so on, which can help to prevent the abnormal operation of equipment and ensure its running quality.
