Hydrojet penetrating – material for waterproofing sand-cement plaster, screeds, floors and other concrete structures with a depth of penetration in the concrete structure up to 15 cm.
Application field: concrete structures, for waterproofing which is enough to protect from moisture and aggressive media thickness of concrete 15 cm.
The principle of action: the active components of the material with water molecules penetrate deep into the concrete structure at 15 cm and form in the micropores and cracks of indestructible crystals. In the end, the thickness of concrete up to 15 cm will be waterproof even in the presence of hydrostatic pressure, but permeable to water vapour, which is very important.
Preparation: in the dry mixture add water 400 g per 1 kg of material or 1 part water to 2 parts of the mixture thoroughly mixed (1-2 minutes) until smooth. The prepared material has the form of a creamy liquid concrete mortar. To prepare this amount of material that can be used for 30 min. while applying stir occasionally to preserve the original texture, re-adding water to the solution is not allowed.
Consumption: 1 kg of a dry mix on 1 m. sq concrete surfaces when applied in two layers.
Application: 1. To moisten the surface so that the water has penetrated deep into the concrete;
2. Apply with a brush with synthetic bristles the prepared solution in a single layer, wait 30-50 minutes before hardening of the applied material;
3. Slightly moisten the surface, apply a second coat, wait until the solution solidifies 30-50 min.
4. Attention!!! Not later than 1 hour, you should spray applied mortar with water in any convenient way, but without pressure, surface moisture should be moderate in order for the material components together with water molecules penetrate deep into the concrete structure and began the process of formation of indestructible crystals in pores and cracks of concrete structure.
