Structure and working principle: This product mainly consists of the centering part, sealing unit, hydraulic controlling part and hydraulic pipelines. It works under the principle that the hydraulic pressure, coming from the hydraulic source powered by manual hydraulic operation, can be regulated through hydraulic pipelines and the hydraulic controlling part. Driven by manual pump, the product offers power to the piston, which can compress the rubber hose to enclasp the steel wires, through hydraulic control and regulation. Therefore, during the pumping operation, the pressured liquid in the tubing will not eject from the wellhead so as to realize the aim of enclosing the space between the tubing and the steel wires. Take out the 6mm hinge pin in coupler knuckle pin hole, the centering pulley and the hinge pin. 2. Dismantle the assembling unit of the rubber hose, put the device down into the well, lift the steel wires and then fix the packing box. 3. Put the manual pump on the proper position, connect the tube and test the performance of the manual pump and hydraulic packing box. 4. According to the operational need, read the pressure gage and control the hydraulic pressure so as to guarantee the sealing effect of packing.
