HVT-1000 automatic measuring micro hardness tester connects micro hardness tester with computer through CCD camera interface and applies image analyzing Microsoftware to finish the whole testing process by the simple operation of keyboard and keystroke with high measuring accuracy. It can reduce the errors by manual operation and avoid the sight fatigue of the operators. Various micro hardness testing can be fulfilled by it.Main Functions1,able to test the hardness of Vickers, Brinell, Knoop, carburized layer and nitride layer and print and save the data, indentation, image, metallurgical graphic and hardness gradient map 2 ,able to adjust the contrast ratio and brightness, make the edge testing operation of the indentation from the samples with defective smoothness and make the magnification of the details of indentation to test the hardness value more accurately3 ,It is able to open and save the image files and data documents. The printing report is English and Chinese. The data can be transferred into excel and word to dispose. The data documents can be printed with forms and curves.4 ,High-power objective and low-power objective can be chosen according to the requirements.5 ,supporting the operational system of WIN9X, WINT, WIN2000, WINXP and VISTA and able to connect diverse Vickers and knoop hardness testers of HV-1000, HVS-1000, HV-5 and HVS-56, with the function of measuring length and angle and able to be used as simple projector
