concrete admixture Brief introduction:HSA (Hong Sha Anji) Amino superplasticizer is Qingdao Hong Sha to introduce and improve a high range water- reducing referred to as HSA. It is good in properties of concrete for water reducing rate,fluidity and slump retain value.It can increase strength and durability, preparation of high performance concrete, non-chlorinated, low alkali and green products which is the most promising domestic and international performance admixtures.Performance features:less dosage and water reducing rate up to 20-35%. Slump of concrete has basically no loss of 1.5 hours. More robust use the product, compressive strength of 3 days>145%,7 days>142%,and 28 days>143%. This product features a higher plasticizing function,on condition that maintaining the water-cement ratio unchangeded, increases slumps more than 15CM that can prepare a large slump of pumping concrete,below C60 high-performance concrete and Marine High Performance Concrete. On condition that the concrete strength remaining unchanged, that saves cement of 15-25%. After mixed with HSA,that can improve the impermeability of concretet, preventing carbonation and durability. HSA has a wide applicability.That mixes with naphthalene and aliphatic is better,that can prepare more than C60 high-performance concrete and slump of concrete has basically no loss of 2 hours.Usage : When HSA is used alone the compliance dosage is 1-2%( ratio in total); when it is used with other admixtuer the compliance dosag is 0.2-0.6%( ratio in ).
