Ordinary hot bending glass is figured by heating the glass to its intenerating point. Bending toughened glass is produced by heating and then quickly cooling ordinary glass in certain bend radius to improve the surface strength by several times and create safety glass with fixed curves. Bended glass Features Aesthetics: without seam gap along curve surfaces, and with good-looking profile lines presenting a whole harmonious conception. Specificity: can be made into various abnormal curve surfaces as required. Bended tempered glass Safety: When broken, it become into alveolate-like granule with obtuse angle, which will not do any serious harm physically. High strength: with 4-5 times the strength of common glass, in general. Heat stability: it has a good heat stability which can endure 3 times the temperature of common glass; it can endure a range of 300C degree temperature change. Aesthetics: without seam gap along curve surfaces, and reach a good-looking profile line as required on the architectrue industrial.
