The machines of copper production line: The copper production line is made up of jaw crusher, vibrating feeder, ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation machine, and rotary dryer. The flowchart is as follows: The exploitation ores are crushed primaryly by jaw crusher, then the required size material is gained. The crushed material is feeded into ball mill through vibrating feeder. The ball mill grinds and crushes the ores again. Then, the ores is feeded into next processing step: classifier. The spiral classifier can wash and classify the mixed ores according to the principle of difference of solid particle proportion. Then the mixed ores are feeded into magnetic separator. All kinds of ore magnetization are different, and the magnetic material in the mixed ores can be classified by magnetic force and mechanical force. After separatoring the materials by magnetic separator, it is feeded into flotation machine. According to different of ore features, the different medicines are added into the machine. Then the required ore can separate from other ores. Because a lot of moisture is in the ores, so the selected ores are through thickener machineorrotary dryer.
