Production Character The hot-melt adhesive holistic plastic drain is a successful product developed by our Company. Using the materials randomly copolymerized by various olefins and the broad width extrusion molding method, its belt core is made in regular shape with high production efficiency. Both sides of the belt core are separately bonded a layer of “filter membrane special for hot-melt adhesive holistic plastic drain” by using hot-melt adhesive technology, which is once formed by using special equipments. 2. Comparison of the similar products It has been 20 years since the introduction of the plastic drain, which has been modified from the “sewing type” to “filter ruffle adhesive type”. Now we release this “Holistic Plastic Drain”, which is better than the previous two both in quality and in craft. Its features are as following: (1)Because the belt core is made by using the rolling method, the broad width extrusion molding method and is bound with the filter membrane for the special use as well as well matched with the belt core in the way of multi-line one time melt adhesion. This kind of adhesion has a strong bonding strength and the size bound is regular, neat. (2)The product uses the filter membrane for the special purpose of the hot-melt adhesive plastic drain, which is made of two kinds of fibers (one with a high melting point, the other with a low melting point)or more kinds of fibers. At the hot-melt processing, the fiber with a low melting point is melt, and that with a high melting point is stuck with the belt core and remains its original curly state, which can give the whole filter membrane a better bulkiness and small, even voids. The filterability, permeability and tensile strength in both directions of this kind of membrane are superior and can be adjusted as required. (3)With higher filter membrane intensity, a small span and the separation of the channels, even under high external pressure, it will not sink into the drainage channel because of filter membrane deformation, which insures the required drainage capacity and makes this kind of drain can be inserted into the deeper stratum. (4) Because the filter membrane has a strong intensity, bonding strength and the drainage channel are separated independently, if the filter membrane is damaged in carrying and operating, it can only influence the drainage effect of individual channel. (5)As the filter membrane has no hydrophilic component, this kind of drain works normally when infiltrated in the water and doesn’t cause any defects like larger voids, layers, ruptures and so on. So there is no need to test its wet strength, which simplifies the test process. (6) As its structure changes, there is no lap, so the consumption of the filter membrane will be reduced 8 10% comparatively and the permeability will also be improved. (7)Its longitudinal drainage in the major technical indicators is SZR-A≥40, SZR-B≥50 and SZR-C≥80, which doubles that of the filter membrane adhesive drain (SPB-A≥15, SPB-B≥25, SPB-C≥40). Compared with “The Great Wall hot-melt adhesive drain” developed overseas, the perviousness of our product is 30% higher. 3.
