rtvsilicon sealant/rtv silicone rubber: Description: The product is a high-temperature&RTVsiliocn sealant, It can be used to replace various sealing gaskets (or to be used with sealing gaskets) for static-sealing of flange, cover board, pipe joint, etc. This product has excellent resistance to high temperature, so it is suitable for sealing operation which requires high temperature resistance. It is suitable for sealing of engines, valve chambers and vent-pipes for various heavy-duty vehicles and cars. Application: 1. suitable for sealing of engines, valve chambers and vent-pipes for various heavy-duty vehicles and cars 2. Mainly used for valve covers, water pumps, oil pans, axle covers, themostats, transmission pans, timing chain covers, and oil pump flanges. 3. suitable for sealing operation which requires high temperature resistance Characteristics: 1. Forms to any shapes instantly, and cure fast. 2. The surface drying time is 2-5 mintues 3. Works up tp 260oC 4. Low volatile & valve covers 5. Intake manifold 6. Oil pump flanger 7. Transmission 8. Water pump 9. Resists cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling Instruction: 1. Clean all surfaces thoroughly. Remove old gaskets and prepare flange surfaces. Dry and remove all oil and grease; 2. Remove the cap, puncture inner seal of the tube, screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle to desired size; 3. Apply continuous, uniform 1 4mm bead around perimeter of one surface. Completely surround all bolt holes; 4. Wait about 10 minutes for silicone to skin over. Then reassemble the parts. 5.
