High-speed Belt Coal Gangue Throwing and Filling S

The system can be divided into three parts: Coal Gangue Throwing Machine, Transfer Conveyor and Transition Conveyor. The Coal Gangue Throwing Machine adopts full hydraulic pressure drive. For the convenience movement and swaying from side to side, the equipment must set on the Crawler Travel Mechanism. Results in high speed performance of the materials on the belt, drive drum set on the outlet which has internal hydraulic motor as driving. The belt stage-loader conveyor can reach speed in excess of 10 meters per second. The Transfer Conveyor and Transition Conveyor transit the gangue to the feed hopper of Throwing Machine. The Transition Conveyor is under Transfer Conveyor, that expansion and contraction of movement 10 meters. It will ensure that Coal Gangue Throwing Machine is working continuously, meanwhile reducing movement times of the belt and promoting efficiency.
