The rotary head device adopts the national patent technique-circle speed reducer which features high bearing capacity and reliability. The TZ series is the ideal equipment for civil and industrial construction .The Introduction of Main Accessory:1.Drill PipeDrill BitsThe machine uses spiral drill pipe,jointed by flange.The bottom of the drill pipe has a value,which preventing the clay from entering the center pipe.When pressing concrete or clay,the valve can open automatically.2.Power HeadThe head composed of decelerator,two air-cooled motors,bend head,hoisting frame and slider.When in operation,two motors drive the decelerator's high speed axis rotating through coupling,which power is transferred to lower speed axis,and then the lower speed axis drive the drill pipe rotating through flange.The top side of lower speed axis has sealed accessory and connecting with bend pipe.3.Swing MechanismThe swing unit can make the pile frame turning360°,and choosing huge frame decelerator,can easily avoid the unnecessary damage.
