The speed of transmission belt, plastic roller and electrical light roller can be adjusted by seprerate motor and frequency inverter. 4. The coating roller adopts quick-assemble structure with high precision for easy chaning. The height can be read on the counter. 5. This machines uses imported scraper, and the scraper angle can be adjusted by worm reducer. The distance between smooth roller and PU roller can be adjusted by worm shaft. 6. There are 5 frequency inverters or PLC can be used by each head seperately, which make the coating more accuracy.
