High Efficient Mortar Additive Building Additive Performance 1. Attentions When Plastering A The surface of masonry must wet, no water, this action should take in advance of 2-4h, then paint on the wet surface. B The first time to plaster 95% of the thickness, and the surface should be smooth, uniform; if the painting thickness is over 20mm,it have to paint in two layers. Paint the bottom layer, then after 2-4h paint the surface layer. Attentions When Construct on the Floor A Before construction pls clean the surface with water then paint the cement which only mixed water. Making Sample and Attentions A Specifications: 70.7×70.7×70.7mm. B With dry blocks under the model, and infix 20times use the steel bar to condense when you making the samples. C As to the later mortar block, the time that out of the model should be delayed 24h than the sample block. If the temperature is over 30°C,it must take the block out of the model in 15-20h. D After out of the model, the block must be covered by the wet sand (can refer the standard of the cement mortar) E Take out to dry in 2-3days before trying to press, in order to assure the strength.
