Production procedures, including 6 steps: a) Coating hot melt glue to polyester satin cloth; b) Slitting thecoated polyester satin cloth according to needed size; c) Rolling the coated and slitted polyester satin cloth; d) Cutting to be sheet pieces; e) Printing the needed pattern to the cut sheet piece; f) Ironing to be finished product.
Delivery terms and packaging
Packaging Detail: can slit as rolls, usually 200 yard/roll, can adopt jumbo rolls or slitted rolls in cartons; also can cut as sheet pieces, 500 pcs as a bundle. Delivery Detail: 10,000sqm can be offered in a week
