PC technology is combined with extrusion, injection, hot runner and accumulation cylinder technology. To adopt the accumulation cylinder supply the melt material during the production after extruder stop to ensure enough material for production. The moulds is with hot runner system. The moulds structure is simple due to the hydraulic machine take most of moving function. So the moulds cost is low and service life is long.
