GXHSW High speed washer

1.General description. High speed washer is mainly used in wastepaper (ONP\MOW) treating system for washing and thickening stock. Low-consistency stock (0.8%-1.5%) is fed into the headbox under 0.2MPa pressure and distributed into the nip formed between the wire and the grooved driven roll. The ash, filler and moisture in the stock goes into the nip between the wire and the drive roll. The pre-thickened stock goes into the nip between the wire and the drive roll with the high- speed wire for further dewartering and thickening and then the thickened stock is moved from the drive roll by a doctor. The thick stock is doctored into the discharging screw where it is carried out of the machine. Under the action of the oscillating high-pressure spraying water, the wire can be fully cleaned. The equipment is a high-speed washing\thickening device. It has many characteristics, such as achievement of thin pulp layer, good washing effects, adjustable wire tension, electromagnetic governable speed, automatic deviation correcting, smooth running and easy wire replacement.
