The number of teeth increases as much as possible according to the space on site in order to improve the carrying capacity and useful life greatly. The main reference datum of jugged are: pressure angleα=28°, tooth addendum hf=0.8m, total depth h=1.8m. Correlation parameters are equal; we use ANSYS software to do analog loading experiment. Relative to engaging angle of couplingα=20°,its flexural strength and teeth surface contact strength will be increased greatly.
