GCS Advanced Type Withdrawable Switchgear Cabinet

I. Overview The advanced GCS is modified and developed based on the standard GCS, applicable for power generation, transmission, distribution, change-over and consumption equipment control. It conforms to relevant standards such as IEC60439-1, GB7251.1 and JB/T9661. II. Structure instruction The basic structure is of assembled KS or KB profiles. It is divided into function unit compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment. Each compartment is relatively independent. The vertical channel and primary, secondary connectors are modified in the same form of GCK. The horizontal busbar is placed at the top with the cover open or not and rear outgoing or lateral outgoing for option. While keeping the original working performance and appearance, it also works with safety, dependability, easy for mounting, testing and maintenance as well as to save production cost. The degree of protection of the enclosure is IP3X-4X. III. Drawer types When the module of drawer height per layer is 80mm, it can be divided into module units as 160/2, 160, 240, 320, 400 and 480 with effective height of drawer mounting unit as 1760mm. When the module is 200mm, it can be divided into module units as 200/2, 200, 400 and 600 with effective height of drawer mounting units as 1800mm. When the rated current of unit loop is 600A or below, 1/2 unit drawer can reach maximum current of 100A. The drawers of same function units have great interchangeability.
