Structural Features: valve core and its base are sealed well by hardware and software. Its throttling surface is separated from sealing face completely to avoid direct washing of medium and meet the requirements for throttle valve under maximum pressure differential, thus resulting in long service life. Balancing hole on the core can reduce the moment for convenient and flexible opening and closing; and two O rings and grooves on it can make it move up and down along the inner wall of the sleeve for removing residue, thus ensuring clean outside the core and inside the wall of the sleeve. Grease injection nozzle on the valve spindle can prevent it from electrolytic corrosion and prolong its service life. Pressure reduction device at the valve base can decrease the transient vortex suction of uniform pressure from reverse flow of high pressure medium and meet the requirements for forward and reverse flow of medium under special industrial and mining conditions. This valve with hard and soft sealing, plunger type core and cage type slotting has many functions, such as throttling, isolating at the same time.
