Full Polishing Glaze

Traditional full-polishing glaze has five advantages: 1. The material selection didn't restricted by the whiteness of the mine sand and the petuntse, and didn't effected by the Fe,Ti,Ca which contained in the porcelain sand. 2. Environmental friendly, full-polishing glaze’s radioactive are weaker than the natural stones, it nearly has no radioactive. 3. The best advantage of the polishing glaze is :after calcined by the high temperature 1180-1230°C, the pattern colour up under the glaze, it is not the common surface staint tile, it’s seeable,but non-damageable. 4. Mohs hardness, abrasive resistance is good. 5. Full-polishing glaze has much good chemical performance, such as no color difference ,high wear resistance and vivid natural surface. It greatly improves the competition of ceramic products. H&D full-polishing glaze can make a different: 1. Strong stains, transparency is good, and never fade away; 2. High abrasion resistance; 3. Strong smudge resistance; 4. Clear texture, realistic stone-like effect; 5. Brick shape is good, polish can be controlled easily. The usage instruction: it is a kind of under-glaze color products, it needs 60-80 mesh silk screen, to make glaze on the surface of printed body tiles, the proportion for dry powder and printing oil may about 100 dry powder, 55-60 printing oil. The required firing temperature is 1180-1230°C.
