Optional Section: a) IR Drying for water-based coating b) Air Condition c) Non-stop Automatic Feeder & Delivery d) Anilox Roller by Chamber Doctor Blade coating system Performance & Characteristics 1) Feeding Section: a) High-speed stable feeder, which is free from maintenance, lubrication, controlled by simple cam and easy concentrated adjustment is adoppted. b) The deflection system, which is monitored by bonding of mechanical action and imported action and imported needle sensors for front-guider and side-guider, assures the paper sheets in well-positioning and correct register. c) When paper sheets are found deflection, the pneumatic paper-pressing mechanism will be in action and feeding will be stop at the same time. This system can protect the plate roller and avoid waste. Optional: Pre-stack table for Non-stop Feeder. 2) Coating Station a) Grippers transportation system. b) Impression roller and plate roller are released and pressed pneumatically. c) Varnish supply system composed of reverse running roller makes coating smoother. d) The temperature of the UV tank is automatically controlled by water heating. 3) IR Drying (Optional) This is used to dry paper surface which is coated by water-based varnish. 4) UV Curing + Air Cooling a) This section is compsed of high-volt lamps, reflectors, electrical control, cooling and air-exhausting systems. b) Automatic temperature control system is equipped to avoid sheets deformation. c) Full-capacity and hlf-capacity are designed for UV lamps. But when the machine is lack of sheets, all lamps will switch into half-capacity status to save power even you preset the full-capacity lamps for the first beginning. 5) Delivery Section a) Turnover safety door is designed greatly convenient for operator. b) Speed-regulating suction roller mechanism assistant for delivery, cooling paper-pressing fans ensure big-size sheet delivered smoothly.
