Fruit washing machine

Introduction There are generally two washing stages: First fruits are conveyed to dip in the washing channel, and then they are washed fully and clearly on the roll conveyor by water spraying on the head with high power through air-blower. After that, the washed fruits are transported to the sorting table. Decayed, unripe, disqualified and bad fruits are chosen out. Features: 1. SUS 304 steel is widely used for most parts. 2. SS rolling wheel is specially designed for fruits conveying. 3. This washer is used for cleaning some common fruits like tomatoes, apples, pears and etc. Specially designed washers are used for other fruits, for example, drum brush fruit washer is use for cleaning carrot. 4. Fine waste fruit conveying system can be added if needed. 5. Water filtration and recycling system is optional. 6. SS rolling steel can revolve suitably for selecting the waste fruit and keeping high quality of the products.
