Our Fork arms are manufactured in accordance to ISO 2330 and meet the requirements of EN 1726-1:1998 clause 5.6.5. Load Capacity Test (one million Cycle Test) We produce according to ISO 9001:2000 Raw Material: Steel 40CR Hook Material: 35CrMnSi cast for more accuracy All Forks are free forged and fully heat treated to 280 - 320 HB Every single fork is hardness and crack tested (magnetic powder test in a dark room) Latch Pin Sets are generally galvanized We manufacture al kind of Forks such as: - ISO/FEM Standard Forks - DIN Forks - Block Forks - Fully weld Forks - Pin Type Forks - Blank Forks - Straight Forks - Bolt on Forks Maximum Fork Size: Until August 2008 = 150x50 mm from September 2008 = 350x120 mm
