1. StructureIts structure is as follows: Folding hose (type Z): it consists of inner layer, fiber heat insulation, cover layer, anti-wear rubber strip. It has advantages of lightweight, soft, no-leakage, and small size when storing. The hose is suitable for transporting under flat-state condition.2. Main performancesWorking pressure (feeding pressure): 15 to 20KPa; Temperature: -30oC to +80oC Feeding medium: 5oC to +60oC cold & hot air Heat insulation: when cold or hot air through the hose under normal condition, the average temperature change is no more than 0.1/m of the hose.Pneumatic property:leakage of feeding medium is no more than 1% of 10-meter hose.Liquidity resistance:the loss of the feeding medium is no more than 0.1kPa/m of the hose. 3. Material propertyInner layer it is made by coating nylon with PVC or CR, and have good performances in sealing, age-resistance, heat resistance and cold resistance, etc.. Heat insulation:it is made of terylene fiber with thermal reflective film, has advantages of heat preservation, heat & cold resistance, anti-friction, no agglomerate, no powder, etc..Cover layer it is made by coating nylon with PVC or CR, has advantages of anti-sunlight or ozone aging, heat resistance, rain or water proof.
