Filter array stems from feedthrough capacitor and feedthrough filters. When there are a number of leads that need filtering, yet with limited installation position, the filter array might be the best way to solve the EMI problems.Filter array is lined with single or double rows of pins, with a marker spacing (2.54mm) between two pins, and the pins ranging from 1 to 60 in number. Filter array, a combination of single-pin filters, could combine single-pin filters of different frequency, capacity, and circuits on the same array panel according to users requirements.2. In choosing the electric parameters of filter array, users should take into account such issues as the needed insertion loss, dimensions, voltage and current, and the number of wires. The insertion loss we provide is the typical value with a 50Ω-impedence without load. Users may find the insertion loss different from the data given in our brochure in their use of the filters.3. With monomer filters welded and fixed on the same earth plate utilizing special technology, filter array has a stable performance and are convenient to use. In inserting the filters, users could choose four ways, i.e. straight leaded, left-bending, right-bending or double-bending.Special Notes1. Filter array is working under the rated voltage of 100VDC and the rated current of 5A. Users are not supposed to choose a voltage or current higher than the rated value. With special requirements, users could contact us and we could develop and produce filters to meet your demand.2. As there are two types of filter array, with- and without- shell, users should be cautious in installing the filters without shell. Do not bend, stretch, or hit the lead, which might damage the ceramic tube and so as to impair the filtering performance.3. With a 2.54mm space between pins, filter array could be linked to flat cable connectors. They could also be welded to the equipments with a less than 250°C welding temperature for no more than 10S.
