Not only material from Dupont Zytel® but also from Chinese could be chosen depend on customers’ different requirement.As a leading monofilament manufacturer whom will continue to develop new material for making brush, what is more in this year? In the view of the instabilities and indetermination in price for PP, We have to find a new material for substitution. LW-RPET(Low Weight Recycle PET)are integrated with the features of both PET and PP material especially for clearing brushes. Not only the stiffness is 15.07% harder than PP but also the recovery angle is 21.9% better than PP. Certainly, it is heavier(about 12.9%)than PP, however, the price is much lower(about 16.7%)than PP. In such straitened circumstances we will always attempt to find the solution for our customers.
