Roving Frame FA425A/FA426A are suitable for pure or blended processing of carded or combed fiber and artificial fiber. Roving Frame FA425A/FA426A removed the traditional cone drum drive system, the building motion and the tension adjustment system. The winding and shaping of roving,the drafting, the synchronous running of twisting are all controlled by the advanced industrial computer, PLC and inverter, which make the flyer machinery speed increase to l500rpm. Advanced and high precise CCD sensor can check and measure the roving tension which will be controlled by the industrial computer. All of these keep the tension optimum statement throughout. The quality system of Roving Frame has obtained GB/T19001-ISO9001 certificate. Driving of Roving Frame FA425A/FA426A are all helical gear. There are three grease lubrication pump in machine, lubricated separately for main driving gears, flyer gears and bobbin gears. The jet-rainning lubrication system is utilized to the driving gear of machine at fixed time, quantity and point, which prolonging service life of gear and reducing the labor intensity. The reversing gear of rail lifting and worm wheel are all bathed with oil. Lifting device makes use of gliding universal joint, it transmits stable, has little noise, can run with high speed for long time. 4-Roller D-type drafting Between 2nd and 3rd roller is main-drafting zone, no collector on the back of 2nd roller which realizing the idea of having no use for collecting in drafting zone and having no use for drafting in adjustment zone. The drafting system:4-roller with double short aprons, matched with pendulum arm. The bottom roller is made of tempering fine steel which are grinded and chromium plating after frequency quenching, its helical groove can hold sliver continuous. Pendulum Arm The pendulum arm of Texparts PK1500 or PK5025 and Suessen HP-A410 or Chinese YJ4 series are equipped at option. High precise CCD sensor can check and measure automatically the statement of roving tension stochastically and feedback it to the computer for adjustng at any moment which make the roving tension keep the optimum value to all kinds of roving and create good condition to improve roving quality. The cleaning system includes top and bottom nap cloth cleaning device, blowing and suction device and main suction device. These devices can not only clean top and bottom rollers, but also suck the fly and dust on the roller and other waste. Fiber from the revolving nap cloth is sucked into suction case by the traveling suction system. Fiber on the beam and fiber from the bottom rollers are sucked into suction pipe to the suction box by the blow of the blowing system and suction of suction system. Suspended,high-speed,closed Al-alloy flyer,Spindle bar in the front row is lower than that in the back,which realizing the same sliver angle in the front and back row. There are 10 display button including main page, monitor, CCD, set, function, check, shift output, I/O and help. It can display shift output, spindle speed of small, middle, big roving, location and variation of the moved parts, which realizing the conversation between man and machine.
