FA398 of drawing frame

Cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong Univercity, we developed FA398A Draw Frame on the base of many years’ experience in textile machinery research and absorbing foreign advanced technology. This is a high speed single delivery draw frame with auto leveler. This machine takes advantage of most advanced electronic controlling system to realise open-loop control and auto leveler of short term.. The levelling range is ±25% and controlling accuracy is ±1% at the delivery speed of 200-800m/min. The machine can improve the straightness of the sliver and short term unevenness so as to realise single doubling after combing, then reduce the joining wave of the combed sliver. The advanced on-line detecting system has the function of continuously checking the draw sliver quality. Parameters setting, delivered sliver weight deviation showing, CV% and spectrogram can be done or shown on the color display. It also can set various of automatic protection and checking functions. The faults display, alarm and solving method can be done through the operation panel.Pneumatic load is utilized on drafting weighting arm and concave convex roller for feed detecting so that the pressure is stable and can be adjusted according to different material. Load release automatically when machine stop, therefor it is safe and reliable.High precise imported sensor is used to ensure the correction of checking signals.The timing teeth belt makes the transmission stable, precision high and noise low.It takes advantage of steel bar cleaning, waste cotton removed by fan, pneumatic repiece.
