Rain, snow and ice days or occasion of sand is not suitable for construction.you should stop painting on occasion of mentioned conditions,and protect the painted part well,also you should check if the film is normal before next construction,or you should deal it before next process.After painting you should keep it from water and fog and paint the intermediate paint and primer as soon as possible.
