engine driven water pump It adopts IS series centrifugal pump's parameters of properties. It is combined and designed on the base of ordinary vertical pipe pump. According to the different use temperature and medium etc, hot water pump, chemical industrial pump and oil pump which are applicable for occasions of hot water, corrosiveness medium etc are derived on the base of ISG series pump. According to the difference of rotational speed, there have 2900rpm series and 1450rpm series. The product has characteristics of efficiently saving energy, low noise dependable properties and occupying few area of the land etc. It is according with the JB/T53058-O93 standard's demands and is designed and made according to the international ISO2858 standard. The pump is vertical structure. The diameter of inlet and outlet are equal. The inlet and outlet are located on the same center line. The pump can be installed in pipe lines as valve. Its appearance is compact and artistic. It occupies few area of the land. The pump rooms investment of building is less. The impeller is directly installed on the prolonged shaft of the moto(the shaft is made of 3Cr13 stainless steel or made with fitting stainless steel shaft sleeve on 45 steel shaft). The axial size is short and the structure is compact. The pump disposed rationally with the motors bearing. This can efficiently balance the radial load and the axial load which is bom in running. And this makes light vibrating and low noise, which ensures the pump run stable and dependably. The shaft seal is mechanical seal. The friction countershaft is made of Tungsten carbide. It is friction resistant and dependable. The use life can be efficiently lengthened. It is convenient for installation and repairing. It only needs dismantling the nut on the pumps linking rack to take out all rotor parts without dismantling the pipe system.
