Electric Modular Air Valve

Product Introduction Electric modular air valve is invented under a secondary development and design conducted by our company on the basis of specific project needs at home and abroad. It is an air valve with a large flow area which is composed of several small air valves that each air valve is deemed as a single unit body, and the mechanical transmission of link rod can force each unit body to achieve a synchronous motion, thus such an air valve is called a modular air valve. A combined air valve is mainly used for fresh air regulation, mixed air regulation, and air exhausting regulation in ventilation ducts, and can also serve as ventilation or smoke exhaust equipment in subway tunnels designed according to the standards of rail transportation system established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-130 section 2-3.4.1). Both remote control and site control can be realized during operation. A combined air valve is composed of four parts, the under frame, air valve, actuator and transmission mechanism, and the actuator drives blades for a reciprocating motion within 0° 90° through the transmission mechanism, so as to complete the open and close movements with the purpose of controlling air flow. The combined air valve produced by our company is of the characteristics of high control accuracy, low leakage, and wide working temperature range, less friction, low noise, robust structure, and flexible and diverse installation methods. It can be used in various types of ventilation and air conditioning control systems, particularly suitable for the ventilation system requiring accurate control of air flow.
