The head cover is a seal head with water inlet and outlet adapters attached. The shell is made of seamless steel pipe (also can be formed by steel plate roll welding), steam inlet adapter, condensing water outlet adapter, safety valve base, discharge and etc. are welded on the shell. The nest of tubes consists of tube sheet, baffle, U-heating tube and so on. The insulation materials are wrapped in appearance of the shell to reduce the heat loss. 3.Principle The water entering the heater from inlet of the head cover makes advance and return movement in U-tube to absorb latent heat of steam through tube wall, and then come out from the outlet of the head cover. Through adjust the steam flow capacity so as to reach design requirements of the outlet water temperature. The steam entering from the steam inlet of upper shell flows in the shell cavity through the baffle, again discharges from the condensing water outlet.
