Eddy Finishing machine

The eddy finishing machine uses its rotary disc at the bottom to rotate at a high speed, to produce centrifugal force. By the centtrifugal force and under the action of the fixed-groove, workpiece and sbrasive will strongly friction, making eddy motion. By the eddy motion, workpiece and abrasivewill be rotated and eddy-turned at high speed. Thus, workpiece can be uniformly de-burred, chamfered and polished within a very short time, with an ideal process effect ensured. This type of finishing machine effects 15-20 times a vibration finishing machine, and 5-8 times a centrifugal finishing machine.
